Returns and Refunds
Returns
If you purchased directly from LatentEpicure.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned products should be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with the original packaging
Please contact support@latentepicure.com before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where a return is required, Latent Epicure will cover the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.
Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@latentepicure.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photographs of the product or damage where relevant
We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.
Order cancellations
Orders placed through LatentEpicure.com may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the item has not already been fulfilled.
After this period, we may be unable to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process will apply.
Amazon purchases
Orders purchased through Amazon should normally be returned or refunded through the Amazon account used to place the order.
