Returns and Exchanges

Our Commitment to you

We hope you are delighted with your order from LatentEpicure.com If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to process a refund. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and returned with all of the original packaging.

     

    Damaged Products

    If your product appears to have been damaged in transit, please send an email to support@latentepicure.com with full details and we will endeavour to organise a replacement as soon as possible. To ensure that the matter is resolved without delay, we’d ask that you send a picture of the damage included in the email along with your order number.

    Please do not send product back to us without contacting us first. We do not accept liability for any items returned to us without permission which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure that products are adequately packaged and returned to us via a tracked service (if we do not supply a pre-paid label).

     

    Warranty

    A 12 month warranty is provided with all products purchased directly from Latent Epicure or through authorised resellers.

    This warranty form can be filled out online at:

    This Latent Epicure product is warranted worldwide for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects to the grinding mechanism and body. This warranty is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt / Amazon Customer Order ID handy as proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.

    The warranty does not apply to any defect arising from a buyer’s or user’s misuse of the product negligence, failure to follow Latent Epicure instructions noted or wear and tear.

    If a replacement product is sent, it will carry out the remaining warranty of the original product.
